If you are referring on behalf of someone, please ensure you include your details in the form.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an arranged visit in unforeseen circumstances. Where this happens, we will do our best to rearrange.
If you are not eligible for a visit you will be sent home fire safety information via email or letter. Alternatively you can find a selection of free leaflets containing useful information on safety in and around the home available here.
