Fat fryer fire – Swanage

Date: 6th March, 2025

Time: 3.24pm

Description: We were called to reports of a commercial property fire. Four crews attended and four breathing apparatus wearers used two hose reel jets and one safety line to extinguish the fire, which started accidentally in a takeaway kitchen's fat fryer.
