Description: Fire crews from Dorchester and Bridport attended a road traffic collision involving two vehicles. One vehicle had left the road and entered a ditch which had a stream at the bottom. The two occupants of this car and a dog, were released by firefighters, who had to cut away hedgerow to gain access. The other vehicle remained on the highway, and the two occupants were able to leave their car under the guidance of ambulance personnel. All four casualties were left in the hands of the ambulance crew. The road was completely closed while the emergency services were at work. The incident has now been handed over to the Police.
